Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application for Welcom Customers:

To provide maximum benefits and support to customers purchasing automation products, industrial equipment, and more at Welcom’s online store, our company has implemented the following shipping and installation policy for customers:

• For customers in Ho Chi Minh City: We offer free shipping for large orders (with a total value of 4 million VND or more) within the inner city area of Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, we provide product installation services at no extra cost.
• For customers outside Ho Chi Minh City (depending on the area): We will arrange shipping at the most reasonable cost. Shipping fees will be calculated and communicated to you before we proceed with delivery.

2. Delivery Time:

• 1–2 days for orders within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.
• 3–4 days for orders to other provinces and cities.

This time frame is calculated from when you complete the order registration process. Delivery times are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

The time is approximate and does not account for special circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, storms, etc.).

3. Responsibility for Goods During Transportation:

We take full responsibility for any damage or loss of goods during shipment to the customer.

Please check the goods carefully upon receipt. If there are any issues with the type, model, quality, or quantity of the goods not matching the order, kindly inform us immediately so we can address the situation promptly.

If there are no issues, please sign for the delivery and make the payment to the delivery staff.

4. Note:

While placing an order on the Welcom.vn website, please ensure that all required information is filled out completely and accurately to help us deliver the products to the correct location as smoothly as possible.

In cases where unclear or false information is provided, and we are unable to contact the customer to verify the order details, we reserve the right to cancel such orders or will not be responsible for any delays or lost shipments.
